What is Gate 61 in Human Design?
Gate 61 is the Gate of Mystery. It creates mental pressure to understand what lies beyond the visible: the principles under ordinary events, and the questions that have no settled answer.
Gate 61 lives in the Head Center, one of two pressure Centers in the chart. The Head brings pressure to think: questions and wonder, with no way to resolve them on its own. Gate 61 aims that pressure at mystery, at whatever resists a tidy explanation.
Its I Ching hexagram is Inner Truth (hexagram 61, Zhong Fu), an image of sincerity that reaches the core of things. Gate 61 carries that quality: a truth you sense before you can prove it. You know what you know, even when you cannot say how.
