Digital Products
Human Design HD provides digital products including personalized Human Design readings, charts, audio files, guided notebooks, AI-powered tools, and private dashboard access. All products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your reading and dashboard. Your personalized reading is generated instantly after you enter your birth details. It is your responsibility to follow the delivery instructions provided in your confirmation email.
Purchases and Payments
Purchases are completed through the embedded chart tool or the online store checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of checkout.
No Refund Policy
Because digital products are generated and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once access has been granted.
If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact support and we will resolve the issue promptly.
