Refund policy

Digital products only

Human Design HD sells digital products only: personalized Human Design reports and readings, and the workbooks, audio, and tools that come with them. Nothing ships and there is nothing to return. Each product is generated from the birth details you enter, for you and no one else.

No refunds

Because every product is digital and generated for you as soon as you enter your birth details, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind. Instead, we stand behind every reading with our correction promise below.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Our correction promise

If anything in your reading does not match your chart, we will correct it. Email hello@humandesignhd.com with the email you used at checkout and what looks wrong. Most mismatches come from a birth time or place entered differently than intended, so include those if you can.

A correction means we fix the details that do not match your chart. It is not a change of interpretation.

How delivery works

The Human Design Report is bought inside the free chart tool on humandesignhd.com and downloads there after a short wait. It is not sent by email.

The Complete Reading bought on humandesignhd.com is opened at my.humandesignhd.com: enter your birth details there and use the same email you used at checkout, and your reading unlocks on its own. There is no code to type. A reading bought directly on my.humandesignhd.com opens there the moment payment completes.

If you cannot open what you bought

If you were charged and cannot find or open your reading or report, email hello@humandesignhd.com with the email you used at checkout and we will get you in. You can also write to us through humandesignhd.com/pages/contact.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. A dispute filed before we have had the chance to help delays support and can interrupt access to your dashboard.

What a reading is

Human Design is a system for self-reflection and personal insight, offered for educational purposes. A reading is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict what will happen in your life.
