Human Design HD provides digital products only. We do not ship physical items, and there are no shipping fees.

How Delivery Works

The Human Design Report is bought inside the free chart tool on humandesignhd.com and downloads there after a short wait. It is not sent by email.

The Complete Reading bought on humandesignhd.com is opened at my.humandesignhd.com: enter your birth details there and use the same email you used at checkout, and your reading unlocks on its own. There is no code to type. A reading bought directly on my.humandesignhd.com opens there the moment payment completes.

Your personalized reading is generated from the birth details you enter.

Delivery Time

Access is provided right after checkout. There is no waiting period and no physical shipment.

If you were charged and cannot find or open your reading or report, email hello@humandesignhd.com with the email you used at checkout and we will get you in. You can also write to us through humandesignhd.com/pages/contact.

If you have any trouble opening your reading, dashboard, or tools, please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as we can.

International Access

Because our products are delivered digitally, they are available to customers worldwide immediately after purchase.
